1. General Policy
All course enrollments made through our platform are considered final once payment is successfully processed.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund, and we aim to handle these requests fairly and promptly.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same course.
Technical access issues: If you were unable to access your course due to a verified technical problem on our platform.
Course not as described: If the course content significantly differs from the description provided on our website.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
⚠️ Note: Refunds are not available once you have completed more than 30% of the course content or have downloaded key course materials.
3. How to Request a Refund

Order number (if available)
Reason for refund request
Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed courses or issued certificates.
Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
Failure to meet technical requirements (if minimum specifications were disclosed).
Promotional or discounted courses clearly marked “Non-Refundable.”
6. Course Transfers
If you purchased the wrong course or wish to switch, you may request a one-time course transfer (subject to availability and approval).
Transfers must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
